Colon Hydrotherapy Contraindications

The following are Contraindications for Colon Hydrotherapy:

• Advanced Pregancy (after 4 months)
• Intestinal Ulcers
• Cirrhosis of the liver (inflammation)
• Abdominal Surgery within past year
• Colo-Rectal Cancer
• Acute Anemia
• Kidney Insufficiency or Failure
• Abdominal Hernia
• Bleeding Colitis
• Colon or Rectal Surgery within past year
• GI Hemorrhage or suspected perforation
• Severe Hemorrhoids, Rectal Fissure, Acute Fistula
• Acute inflammatory pathologies of Colon
• Cardiac Disease (Hypertension or Congestive Heart Failure)
• Necrosis (death of cells in contact with living cells, abdominal radiation)

The following are Indications for Colon Hydrotherapy with "Physician's Prescription and/or Supervision":

• Acute Fecal Impaction
• Colitis
• Mucous Colitis
• Ulcerative Colitis
• Diverticulosis
• Diverticulitis (inflammatory)
• Chrohn.s Disease (inflammatory)
• Hyper/Hyperthermia
• Severe Parasitic Infections
• Oxygen Therapy
• Early Pregnancy (up to 4 months)
• Nurtrient Supplementation via the Rectum
